MENTAL BENEFITS AND VIRTUES OF SILVER OBSIDIAN
Silver obsidian is both protective and grounding, it could be particularly beneficial to your meditations. It could encourage you to make decisions, take on your responsibilities, solve your problems, and face difficulties.
It is a stone that is often recommended to people who lack tact because it could allow them to better understand the importance of chosen words. Indeed, silver obsidian could help you choose the words you are going to use in order to help you improve your communication.
During bad times, when discouragement and frustration can surface, it will help you stay on track and continue to move forward despite everything. We can sometimes be too hard or too demanding on ourselves, this stone could then help us review our judgments and show more compassion.
